The staff were more than helpful when I need it. The location turned out to be magnificent, close to Chania's waterfront, the island and the cafes, shops. I tried some drinks at bar Revolution, located 10 minutes walk away.

I thoroughly enjoyed this quirky and relaxing place, stayed there for 4 nights. The hotel was in a fantastic location, very close to the port area. Seafood restaurant Harry Ramsden's was located 15 minutes walk away.

The staff was caring and helpful, the accommodation was quaint and exceptionally clean. The personnel were more than helpful and made sure my stay was perfect. The hotel had a super central position close to restaurants and nice shops and the old city area surrounded by lovely cobbled streets leading down to the harbour. Here I spent 2 nights and really enjoyed being in this place.

Greatly enjoyed my really comfortable stay with clean spacious rooms and services near by. The restaurant was amazing for dinner, I tried savoury dishes. Tea/coffee making equipment, climate control, and a couch were there too. The location was marvellous and fantastic, near bars and restaurants. Had tea and goodies at Barbarossa, nestled 1 km of the hotel.
